Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage building models and metadata for BIM projects.
- Ensure BIM models are of high quality and in line with project requirements.
Tasks
- Develop and detail model-based components for various phases of the project.
- Coordinate with other design team members to integrate building systems into the model.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient with Revit and BIM software applications.
- Being familiar with Revit MEP and Structure is an advantage.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of architectural and construction detailing.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with 3D modeling and BIM, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Revit.
